From the moment we arrived at the cottage, we were blown away by the warm welcome from Caron. the well-stocked kitchen made preparing meals a breeze, and the comfortable bed provided a restful night's sleep. We were pleasantly surprised to find a washing machine in the bathroom, which was a lifesaver for longer stays. the attention to detail in the decor and cleanliness of the cottage was impeccable, exceeding our high expectations. the ease of access to Castle Combe village, just a short walk away, added to the convenience of the location. the recommendation of nearby pubs by Caron, such as the Salutation, showcased her knowledge of the area and made dining out a delightful experience. the charming sitting area and terrace outside provided a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Overall, the combination of Caron's hospitality, the well-equipped amenities, and the picturesque location left us wanting to return for another stay.
